Road Trip From Srinagar to Leh

On arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will meet you. Get transferred to your hotel and spend rest of the day at your own. Overnight stay  at hotel. Srinagar

After early morning  breakfast  proceed to Gulmarg, a Meadow of Flowers situated at an altitude of 2730 meters & famous for ski during the winters, on arrival check-in at Hotel. Later this Afternoon enjoy walk on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snowcapped mountains & enjoy Gondola Ride Cable Car (on a direct payment basis). After  breakfast at hotel, head for a ful day sightseeing tour of Srinagar. The tour will include visits to prime attractions of the city like Mughal Gardens, Cheshma Shahi, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Pari Mahal.Hazratbal Masjid,dal lake .Evening is reserved for shopping for authentic Pashmina / Shahtoosh shawls from handloom centre. Today we start our journey to leh via Sonmarg – one of the most beautiful road journeys from srinagar. In Sonmarg one can take a pony ride (optional) to thajiwas glacier where snow remains round the year. upon arrival in kargil we check in at our hotel .Overnight stay  at the hotel. kargil,

After breakfast we drive to leh enroute visiting :Kargil War Memorial.lamayuru monastery. further  we drive to leh. upon arrival in leh meet our representative at the hotel. overnight at hotel in leh.

The Day is at Leisure for Independent activities. Later, evening visit shanti stupa. overnight at hotel in leh

After an early breakfast we drive to nubra valley crossing khardung-la-pass – the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380 ft. nubra valley is situated to the north of ladakh between the karakoram and ladakh ranges of the himalayas. check in at the resort. enjoy your evening at the campsite.

After early morning breakfast, drive to Pangong Lake on the Indo-China border.The lake is a major attraction of the region and is amongst the highest altitude saline water lakes in the world and changes colors from shades of blue to green to red.Enjoy the scenic beauty with the view of the Shyok river on one side and the mountains on another side.Featured in movies like 3-idiots and Jab Tak Hai Jaan, enjoy the place in Bollywood style and take a picture with famous 3-idiots scooter.Overnight stay at Hotel/ campsite near Pangong lake.

Wake up in the morning to the beautiful Pangong Lake view.The journey from Pangong Lake back to Leh takes you via Chang La, a mountain pass situated at an altitude of 17,590 feet (5360 meters).Along the way, pay a visit to the Druk White Lotus School, which shot to fame with the movie ‘3 Idiots’ as the site where the last scene was shot.Known to be the largest Tibetan monastery in Ladakh, visit Thiksey monastery housing several stupas, statues, and other Buddhist artifacts in its 12 story structure.Reach Leh and enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel.Overnight stay at a hotel in Leh.

In the morning take a full day guided sightseeing at Leh covering Shey, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace,Spituk Gompa,Namgyal Tsemo ,Magnetic Hill,Sankar Gompa,Hall of Fame,Evening back to hotel for overnight stay.   

This morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport  take a flight for Kolkata.
